In this talk, Melanie Corr introduces the Foreman community, talks about her role as a community manager and how she drives and supports the community, and analyzes the benefits of open sourcing documentation for Both the Foreman community and Red Hat customers.

Melanie Corr is Community Manager for both the Foreman and Pulp communities. For the past nine years, she has worked in the areas of community management, enterprise software documentation, and internal communications. She lives in the town of Cork, Ireland.
