The personal Data collected will be stored and subsequently deleted until The Statutory Retention Obligation for Merchants (6, 8 or 10 Years after the End of the Calendar year in which the Contractual Relationship was terminated). This does not, exceptionally, apply if we are obliged to store for longer due to tax or commercial retention obligations (under HGB, StGB or AO) or if the rights holders have consented to a storage that goes beyond that.
